Sara E. Nabas
Ms. Nabas concentrates her practice in corporate transactions, corporate organization and governance, and securities laws and regulations. Ms. Nabas has a number of years of experience in the private practice of law, where she focused primarily on legal issues facing small corporations. She also has eight years experience in corporate legal departments and served as Corporate Secretary for two public companies located in Texas.
Ms. Nabas was admitted to practice in Oklahoma in 1978 and in Texas in 1979.
