J. Allen Sullivan Jr.
Mr. Sullivan’s practice concentrates on tax planning for entrepreneurs and their closely-held businesses and all aspects of business tax planning from entity formation and acquisition through wealth transfers and estate planning. Mr. Sullivan is also extensively involved in litigation dealing with individual, business, and estate tax controversies. His corporate practice includes business planning for partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, S corporations, and individuals.
Mr. Sullivan was admitted to practice in Texas in 2007 and in Alabama in 2005.
